I finally moved into a bigger room so that I can fit my TV and guitars.The old room was small and I paid the same rent as the bigger one.I was told that since my old room had a sink, it is a privilege cos the other tenant does not have a sink.I guess it is a case of "1st come, 1st serve" basis.I thank my bro, JF for ensuring I get this new bigger room.
